35.1. A medical imaging technologist, radiation oncology technologist or medical electrophysiology technologist who practises within a partnership or joint-stock company shall ensure that the fees relating to the professional services provided by medical imaging technologists, radiation oncology technologists or medical electrophysiology technologists are always indicated separately on every invoice or statement of fees that the partnership or joint-stock company sends the client.
